Dr. Bridgett Tate is a Licensed Psychologist (#40067), with training and experience in assessing and treating children and adolescents from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the State University of New York at Potsdam, a Master of Science in Applied Cognition and Neuroscience from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a doctorate in Adolescent Clinical Psychology from Prairie View A&M University. Dr. Tate’s areas of specialization include affirming autism assessment, emotional and behavioral assessment (ADHD, mood disorders, anxiety, and behavioral problems), and behavioral intervention. Combining Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatosensory interventions, and insights from the Neurosequential Model of Brain Development, she equips individuals with the skills and self-awareness to confidently navigate life’s challenges and lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. Dr. Tate is dedicated to fostering a therapeutic alliance that cultivates resilience, promotes healing, and nurtures lasting transformation. Together, she and her clients embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploration, and empowerment to unlock the full potential of well-being.
